this is an artwork done in support of fellow deviant 
who is going through some really hard times right now. although I can't do anything to help directly, I still thought I could show some support by doing some fanart of one of his OC's.
This is Crescent Blue, whose control over bubbles is absolute! His power can reach god-like levels through the mystical power of bubbles and his own willpower!
